標題[請問] 淘寶使用郵局VISA金融卡付費疑問

如標題 今天嘗試自己用郵局的信用金融卡付費成功了 但想到幾個問題: 1.匯率會是怎樣計算呢? 是會依照每天的匯率去計算嗎?
