廣慈案明招商說明會　北市府重申自辦招商合法

台北市政府明將辦理廣慈博愛園區設定地上權開發案座談會，該開發案原得標廠商柏德公司雖已遭北市府終止契約，今仍發表聲明表示，台北高等行政法院今年二月判決，認定北市府應續審柏德的環境影響評估報告書、樹木保育計畫書等，明辦招商說明會恐造成新投標廠商權益受損，柏德除嚴正抗議，也會繼續提起法律訴訟程序，不排除追究失職官員責任。
 
不過，北市財政局長陳盈蓉今晚回應，二月判決爭議起因是柏德爭執樹保或環評等停止執行，應以府函為之，但北市府在局處即決行，判決北市府敗訴應續審，但北市府與柏德的開發合約已仲裁，判決北市府勝訴，契約已經終止，柏德也已塗銷北市府過戶的土地，北市府取回土地所有權，自辦招商並不違法。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
