台鐵今晚宣布，因鳳凰颱風影響，明天中午12時以前對號列車全停駛。

台鐵調整明天列車營運，0時至5時：各級列車全部停駛；5時至中午12時，南迴線各級列車全部停駛，西部幹線、屏東線、宜蘭線、北迴線、台東線對號列車停駛；各支線及區間車視風雨狀況機動行駛。
