筆電選購求建議

因為小的我看不太懂電腦專有名詞= =
所以想請問一下
市面上達到以下條件的最便宜筆電是哪台>

CPU P Dual Core級以上
記憶體 6GB以上
硬碟 15GB 以上 可用空間
作業系統 Windows 2K/XP
顯示卡 Geforce FX5000級/ATI Radeon 9600以上
(支援Shader 2.0以上顯卡 )
DirectX Microsoft DirectX 最新版本

螢幕越小越好 最好是13吋(含)以下 因為我是高中生買來偷用的 需要藏匿(欸
