新北市議員張晉婷被提當選無效

台聯新北市議員張晉婷在新北市議長選舉跑票，被開除黨籍。她的三名競選核心幕僚在市議員選舉期間涉嫌賄選被羈押禁見，新北地檢署認為張晉婷可能知情甚至授意賄選，今天傍晚向新北地院民事庭提起當選無效之訴。
