基隆市前議長黃景泰，擔任議長期間涉多起貪污案，基隆地檢署昨(26)日偵結起訴黃景泰，法院漏夜召開訊問庭後，認為有串証之虞，今(27)日裁定羈押。

議長室秘書江佩珊，因涉及湮滅證據，移送基隆地檢署法辦，檢察官認為，江佩珊配合調查，坦承犯行，裁定緩起訴2年。

據《自由時報》報導，黃景泰涉嫌用不實單據詐領議會經費，其秘書江佩珊為了躲避查緝，將儲存於電腦中的資料刪除，包含議會贈送禮品品項，攸關黃景泰每日行程及餽贈禮品情形。

偵訊時，江佩珊配合辦案，並坦承犯行，因此檢察官給予緩起訴2年，並向公庫支付6萬元。
