山老鼠猖獗 台東警方將全力取締

針對山老鼠為了獲取暴利，違法盜伐和盜採牛樟樹，已嚴重影響林貌及破壞國土，台東縣警察局長陳書田表示，警方將全力取締，為自然生態系的永續發展盡最大的努力。

為了掌握山老鼠盜伐牛樟樹和牛樟菇情況，台東縣警察局長陳書田特別會同台東林管處人員，進入利嘉林區實地勘查山老鼠破壞國土的慘況。他表示，親眼看到一棵需要五人環抱的千年牛樟樹，樹幹上被山老鼠「開腸破肚」，深感痛心。台東縣警局局長陳書田說，依據森林法規定，森林以國有為原則，非經主管機關許可及查驗，不得伐採林產物。對於山老鼠的惡行，警方將聯合森林警察隊和地方巡守隊，全面向山老鼠宣戰。
