請問膚質是不是會隨著季節年齡而改變，從青春期開始我的臉跟頭髮都是很容易出油，所以一直以來買的洗面乳和洗髮精都是選去油的，加上男生不懂得保養都是隨便用用，不管夏天冬天都用同一個洗面乳最近洗臉感覺滿容易脫皮的，尤其是額頭和臉頰T字部位還好，這樣算混和性肌膚嗎? 目前使用的洗面乳是曼秀雷敦保濕活力洗面乳(男性洗面乳淺藍色的) 感覺好像也沒有說很保濕.. 請問有關洗面乳用量問題，用太少好像洗不乾淨，用太多臉好像又太乾，正常使用量大概是多少? 有關洗臉的步驟一問清潔-->保濕-->防曬請問哪一種比較適合混和性肌膚用的乳液呢? 另外一個有關防曬的問題，如果平常都只是在是內活動，很少在室外這樣有必要防曬嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.182.9 ※ 編輯: aimfire 來自: 1.169.182.9 (03/11 20:49)
