入秋來平地最低溫　今晨淡水16℃

今天受到乾燥的東北季風影響，各地大多為晴朗穩定的好天氣，不過入夜後到清晨受到輻射冷卻效應影響，氣溫明顯偏涼，今天清晨淡水已出現16℃低溫，是今年入秋以來平地新低溫紀錄，另外宜蘭低溫也只有17.2℃，嘉義17.5℃，台北18.8℃，也分別為各地入秋後最低溫。
 
中央氣象局預估，今天白天北部及東半部地區高溫約26到28℃，中南部地區高溫約30到31℃，日夜溫差較大，提醒早出晚歸的民眾要注意溫差變化，要適時添加衣物保暖。
 
不過明天開始東北風帶來的水迄增加，北部、花東地區有局部短暫雨，其他地區則維持多雲到晴。不過各地氣溫稍微回升，北部地區低溫回升到20℃左右，中南部地區低溫約17到20℃，東部地區低溫約21到22℃。這波東北風預計影響到周日，下周一起北部及東半部地區也將恢復為多雲到晴的天氣。（張勵德／台北報導）
