潑漆案和解 許聖梅給嫌犯機會

今年8月，名嘴許聖梅晚在台北市內湖瑞光路遭2名男子潑漆，郭姓主嫌當場被逮，2名巫姓和詹姓共犯隨後落網，3人被依毀損、恐嚇罪起訴。

士林地方法院今天首次開庭，3人出庭只認潑漆毀損，不認恐嚇罪，還拿出和許聖梅簽下的和解書，爭取輕判，許聖梅沒有出庭，只表示已經和解，請法官給嫌犯一次悔過機會。
