《食衛法》修法　罰款上限大增為2億元

食安連環爆，立院社福衛環委員會今續審《食品安全衛生管理法》部分條文修正案，朝野立委有志一同，初審通過業者使用變質或腐敗的食品或食品添加物，最高罰鍰從現行的5000萬元，一口氣增3倍變2億元；以強冠餿油案為例，業者使用回收油、餿水油摻入豬油，待《食衛法》修正案三讀通過後，罰鍰為6萬到2億元。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
