滅頂導致客服擺爛？　台灣之星否認

頂新黑心油事件爆發後，引發全民憤怒發起滅頂抵制行動。有網友在Mobil 01留言，指最近撥打台灣之星客服電話，不是忙線中就是沒人聽，不然就是照指示輸入電話號碼後整個無聲，重撥多少次都一樣。「威寶時代還不會如此，現在台灣之星整個擺爛！」
 
台灣之星客服問題引起網友熱議，《蘋果》記者也試著播打，經過語音介紹後按9，即有專人接聽，客服人員口氣也相當客氣。台灣之星說，客服電話一直在服務，沒有擺爛，可能是網友在尖峰時間播打，線路一直佔線所致。（戴安瑋／台北報導）
