不會練腿去查深蹲就一堆,

想爆汗,一大堆運動可以讓你連鼻涕都爆噴,

hiit如果也沒聽過的話,那跑步會吧?

全力衝10秒,慢走10秒算一趟,玩個5趟就好,

不然無負重深蹲十下一組,休八秒再做,做30組,包你汗跟淚一起爆!!!XDD

還有一堆可以玩~去查吧!

會波比的話,十下波比20下深蹲,十下伏地挺身算一輪

中間不休息做五輪,爽的哦!
