羅德隊與Lamigo桃猿打完3場比賽，終於在最後一戰以11比5贏球，監督伊東勤對王溢正及余德龍2名球員印象最深刻，伊東勤甚至指出若王溢正能維持這樣的水準，以後會有機會回日本職棒。

王溢正首戰羅德，先發5局只被擊出4支安打沒失分，讓伊東勤印象深刻。伊東勤知道王溢正過去曾效力日本職棒橫濱DeNA，去年季中遭釋出，這次伊東勤看了王溢正的表現，可說是刮目相看。

伊東勤說王溢正快慢之間的投球節奏掌握的很好，直球也控的相當準，如果他能持續有這樣的表現，相信未來會有機會再到日職打球。

余德龍延續總冠軍賽的打擊氣勢，他不僅此戰敲2安包括1支全壘打，前2戰也敲了4支安打，3戰11打數6安打，表現出色，也讓伊東勤印象很深刻。

伊東勤說余德龍的揮棒速度很快，第一球的攻擊很果斷，企圖心很強。
