【獨家】戶政出包　廖了以怒：江揆脫不了關係

新戶政系統出包引發內政部前部長廖了以震怒！內政部次長蕭家淇日前表示，戶政系統標案與行政院長江宜樺部長任內無關。但廖了以近日頻向友人抱怨，5年前內政部提出10.2億元大同資訊硬體建制標案，是他簽准沒錯，但經3次流標後，第4次得標由江宜樺發包，「（蕭說）和江沒關係，那跟誰有關係？這不是指桑罵槐嗎？」

廖了以向親近友人說，照例第2次流標即可廢標，他2009年9月卸任後，接任的江宜樺若認為有問題，絕對有時間補救、加強，他痛批，「不能新光醫院送台大救不成，就怪新光醫院。」江宜樺可以補救而未補救，難道這也要算在他頭上？（王家俊／台北報導）
