行政院發言人孫立群上午表示，客委會主委黃玉振日前因家庭因素，請辭獲准，原客委會主委一職由政務副主委劉慶中暫代。

此外，行政院上午也發布人事，前行政院工程政委陳希舜日前因捲入緋聞風波下台，督導公共工程的政務委員兼公共工程委員會主委一職，確定由去年七月退休的交通部前常務次長許俊逸接任。許俊逸是國立成功大學土木系畢業，亞洲理工學院運輸工程碩士。曾任交通部高速公路局總工程司、主任秘書；交通部公路總局副局長；交通部高速鐵路工程局副局長；交通部路政司司長；交通部鐵路改建工程局局長。
