羅智強提北基合併 柯文哲：混蛋想的

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲上午以「不適合做為選舉口號來處理」，回應總統府前副秘書長羅智強提出「北基合併」的想法。他表示，台灣本來就需要國土重新規劃及行政區重新調整，這是個很大的題目，應坐下來真誠去討論，但前提是不要太多的政治算計，才有可能比較理智、正確的規劃。

柯文哲今天出席台灣再生能源願景發表會前，對於北基合併議題，提出他的看法，他甚至以「是哪個混蛋想出來的？」質疑近幾年的縣市合併，他說，他之前上前總統李登輝「第二波民主化」的課時，納悶地問，台灣怎麼會是六都呢？台灣真的需要六都嗎，以後都不知道要如何收場。
