又有颱風！輕颱北冕今晚形成

原位於關島東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，今晚8時發展成為今年第17號颱風「北冕」（Kammuri，日本命名，原意為星座「北冕座」）。目前北冕颱風中心位置約在鵝鑾鼻東南方約3000公里海面上，以時速10公里速度向北移動，短期內對台灣陸地都沒有影響。

中央氣象局表示，目前預估北冕颱風會逐漸北轉往日本方向前進，但後續仍有一些變數存在，氣象局正密切觀察中。（張勵德／台北報導）
