本報訊

殺警案，涉案關係人幫派分子郭士均今天晚間在兩名律師的陪同下，主動到台北市信義警分局投案，郭坦承有到場但否認打人。

另外，幫派分子周譽騰逃亡10天後，昨天投案，警方今天移送台北地檢署。檢察官複訊後，晚間向法院聲請羈押禁見。

檢警專案小組從監視器掌握郭士均疑似有出腳踢刑警薛貞國，警方初步偵訊，22歲郭士均坦承案發時人有在場，但否認「撂人」到夜店鬧事，更沒有出腳踹薛貞國。(中央社)
