政院：高鐵朝接管 運作不能停

2015-01-10 中央社 台北10日電

行政院發言人孫立群今天表示，高鐵目前朝接管方向進行，行政院長毛治國指示高鐵運作不能停，一定要維護民眾權益。

高鐵公司財務結構惡化，瀕臨破產，交通部原先力推的財改案，是透過減資、增資及延長40年特許期，並由泛公股主導，讓高鐵永續經營。不過，財改案未獲立法院通過。

媒體報導，交通部不排除提新的高鐵財改方案的可能性；孫立群晚間受訪否認，強調高鐵目前朝接管方向進行。

孫立群並說，毛治國下午邀集交通部、高鐵局等相關單位與律師，討論高鐵後續接管事宜；毛治國強調最重要的是維持高鐵繼續營運，高鐵運作不能停，一定要照顧高鐵員工與民眾權益。
