屏東大武山蛋品 高市19校停用

高雄市教育局今天表示，去年9月以來全市有19校的營養午餐使用感染禽流感的屏東蛋雞場雞蛋，已經要求校方停用。

教育局說，大武山畜牧開發蛋雞場是經CAS認證標章的蛋雞養殖場，如今竟感染禽流感，高雄市19所營養午餐用該蛋雞場雞蛋的學校包括國小11所、國中5所、高中職3所。

教育局同時要求全市各校營養午餐使用雞蛋時，一定要煮熟。

教育局指出，大武山蛋雞場的雞蛋產量去年12月起突然銳減，原本採用該業者的學校只好改買其他蛋雞場生產的蛋品。

教育局說，禽肉和蛋類只要完全煮熟後食用，不致有感染禽流感病毒的危險，學生及家長不要過度恐慌。
