詐國外研究補助款 教授判拘役

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄20日電）中山大學徐姓教授涉詐取國科會補助國外研究款。高雄地院審結，徐男因坦承犯行及歸還詐領費等，判處拘役29日，緩刑2年。

判決書指出，國立中山大學徐姓教授民國91年12月領取國科會撥款補助費用新台幣50萬4000元後赴法國，，但隨即於92年1月14日返台，再於同年6月22日再次前往法國，並於27日返台。

判決書表示，徐男於填寫「返抵本國通知單」時，蓄意於「研究期間返國」中的「次數欄」留白，且未據實填寫出國後隨即返國的事實及「入出境日期」中，仍填寫91年12月29日至92年6月27日，致使國科會同意核銷補助費。

高雄地方法院審結，認為徐男坦承犯行，並歸還詐領費及經校方扣薪處分，判處拘役29日，得易科罰金，緩刑2年。

徐男也曾因涉嫌貪圖高鐵的1400元車票差價，僅購買台北到高雄的頭尾站車票，並以蓋有偽造「驗票章」的印文車票矇混出站，遭高雄地檢署起訴。1040120
