只需要換飛輪12-28 還是換CT?

各位勇腳大大好

小弟從TCR SLR3 的CT盤 50/34 配 12-28飛輪()
到現在騎的是原廠配的 53/39 配 11-25(DA9000)

從六月出換成標準盤這台成車之後
為了適應標準盤 有比較勤於練車

八月中西進武嶺 5小時03分
大雪山(收費站) 3小時05分
136 55分
假日固定跟中部某車隊團騎
都至少120K

由於小弟住在公老坪下
平日晚上都會上公老坪
一次都至少會練騎兩趟至三趟
一趟下來平均迴轉速都有65~75轉
不含土地公前陡坡的話是平均77~80轉

如果想讓爬坡在稍微輕鬆點
只需要換一顆12-28就好
還是直接換CT齒片? 配成 50/34搭配11-25?
