一份最新報告顯示，大部分發達國家軍工商銷售減速之際，俄國軍火企業2013年銷售激增20%。

智庫斯德哥爾摩國際和平研究所（SIPRI）周一（15日）發佈報告稱，這一逆勢驟漲的主要原因是俄國政府推動軍事現代化的努力。

報告還預計，由於西方對俄國的擔憂在加深，西方工業國家的武器軍火銷量也將提速。

數據顯示，俄國軍售的強勁增長足以緩衝因美國從伊拉克和阿富汗撤軍、歐洲經濟危機等因素造成的全球軍售連續三年下跌之勢。

報告說，俄國總統普京2000年上台後大幅度增加國防開支，把軍隊重建作為恢復俄羅斯在國際舞台上重要角色的中心工作。

SIPRI 對世界100家最大軍工企業（不包括中國企業）的調查顯示，美國和加拿大主要軍工企業的銷售持續下降，西歐的法國增長、英國持平、西班牙和意大利下降。

包括韓國、巴西和土耳其在內的新興經濟體的部分軍工企業也出現強勁增長。

SIPRI 稱，由於「缺乏可信賴數據」，報告不包含基地在中國的軍工企業。
