印尼盾兌美元匯價持續下挫，一度跌破1萬2600盾兌1美元。印尼中央銀行今天表示，央行出手干預匯市，以遏制匯率波動。

印尼盾兌美元今天一度來到1萬2638盾兌1美元，為1998年8月來最低。印尼盾今年以來的貶幅擴大到3.67%。

印尼央行發言人賈可布斯（Peter Jacobs）今天表示，年終需求以及美元走強導致印尼盾走軟。

另外，印尼央行11月下旬為因應補貼燃油價格上調，決議基準利率升息1碼至7.75%，出乎市場意料之外。

瑞士信貸集團（Credit Suisse Group AG）駐新加坡經濟師桑提唐（Santitarn Sathirathai）日前指出，升息對穩定總體經濟有利，但不利經濟成長。(中央社)
