墾丁悠活渡假村因違規營業及前董事長曾忠信涉案，營業受創。新董事長甘錫瀅緊急上任，他表示，目前業績已打平。

甘錫瀅是高樓工程結構技師，曾參與台北101、高雄八五大樓、長谷世貿等大樓的興建，悠活當年結構也是他一手設計，今年10月初接手悠活。

甘錫瀅表示，全力向墾丁國家公園管理處爭取加快悠活的「使用執照變更」，目前業績已經恢復到勉強打平，未來將更注重環保，採務實方式經營。

甘錫瀅說，幾起事件讓悠活業績一度只有原營業額的3成，但員工大多不離不棄，雖然營運還沒有恢復元氣，今年仍會發放年終感謝員工付出。

悠活明年開始，推出巧克力旅館取代暫時無法營業的兒童旅館，在旅館廊道上種植可可樹、研發可可精油並開發可可SPA療程、結合可可DIY活動，全方位創造巧克力的旅遊體驗。

另外，也積極以當地食材研發新料理，精選飼養在牡丹鄉溫泉區的金鑽鴨，做成1鴨5吃的「溫泉鴨」。(中央社)
