請問, 2005式 XC70 2.5T, 機油用那種

各位版上的大大

如題: 今年3月牽的二手車, 近日要做保養, 機油想自備, 看車主手冊, 寫得有點模糊, 同樣引擎型式
B5254T2, 列了兩頁
Page 171是寫 等級 ACEA A5/B5 粘度 SAE 0W-30, 油量5.5公升
Page 172是寫 等級 ACEA A1/B1 粘度 SAE 5W-30, 油量5.8公升

然後有說, 如果引擎室有貼銘牌的話, 以銘牌為準. 可惜我在引擎室中找不到銘牌.

可以請有經驗的車主開示一下? 謝謝
