促奶粉降價 毛治國：重中之重任務

國外奶粉價格下跌，國內奶粉價格紋風不動，只促銷拒降價引民怨，國民黨立委孫大千今天質詢提到，為何政府開罐價、促銷價規範仍嚴格，父母無法享受到降價。衛福部部長蔣丙煌答詢表示，依照食安法第28條規定，奶粉促銷有一定管制，原因是希望鼓勵母乳。

行政院長毛治國一旁聽到蔣丙煌答詢，連忙打斷蔣，並說，「這不要再講了，要鼓勵母乳我們用其他方式，不用這個方式」，毛說，讓奶粉價格合理化是他上任後的重中之重，所以已經要求衛福部，拋開這種想法，要鼓勵自餵母乳絕不用這種方式。

毛治國表示，自從三聚氰胺事件發生後，大陸向全世界收購奶粉，國際間供不應求，所以奶粉價格才一直跌不下來，行政院已經再研議讓奶粉價格合理化，總質詢後就會有相關討論。

孫大千問毛治國，一周內能否看到嬰兒奶粉有下跌跡象？毛答：「我儘量」，並稱會從各種面向下手讓奶粉降價。
